At RainSisters, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if your designer coat doesn't fit perfectly, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the coat and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the shipping label to the package and send it via a tracked postal service to our studio address provided in the return authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
